All workshops are friendly and done in small groups to ensure that everyone gets good quality, personal teaching and guidance. For start dates please read at the bottom of each course.

Location of the workshops/courses is Retford. Is this too far for you? Need me to travel to you? No problem - If you have a group of 3 or more I will travel to you and conduct the course/workshop in a location of your choosing, including your own home where possible. Additional travel costs apply. (45p per mile, plus accommodation costs if very long distance). Please enquire for more details.
Old ways, new paths

We all have ways of thinking and being that feel familiar, but these can sometimes keep us stuck in the same old patterns. To break free, we need to open up to new ways.
On this 1 day course, find out what your deep inner voice is saying to you and how this shapes your thoughts, choices and aspirations.
Have you ever wondered what drives you? Or what is beneath your thoughts or your emotions? There is a hidden part to ourselves, a doorway we cannot open on our own. We might call this our subconscious or our shadow self. Either way we know this part contains valuable wisdoms that can guide us.
As an experienced, accredited Counsellor and shamanic practitioner I am here to guide you on this deep dive into your shadow self. Let’s find out together what your hidden script is and how it is affecting your every day. Then let’s look at how we can change that.
The course begins with some deep dive questions. We follow this with some lateral reflective work that aims to draw out those hidden feelings and beliefs. This is the key to our doorway. We step inside and then we hold our truth. Its raw, its honest, its transformative as you become empowered just in the knowing. To help us hold and transform, the day will also include a sacred shamanic ceremony, power retrieval work, breathwork and healing through the drum.
This course is for those ready to know and ready to walk through that doorway.
