Spiritually guided life coaching readings
By utilizing a variety of oracle cards and receiving support from our spiritual guides, you will receive a reading that reveals your current blocks, the reasons behind your stagnation, how to progress, and what areas require healing or attention.
The reading lasts an hour and the fee is £60.
Energy Healing and aura reading
This uses a combination of psychic abilities, body language reading, reiki, and shamanism to identify energy blocks in your aura. These blocks are then explored and treated. One single treatment can be very helpful, but sometimes it is best to have a few treatments for better results. Your practitioner can guide you on your individual needs.
Each treatment lasts an hour and the fee is £60.
You can combine any healings for a more in depth reading or treatment.
Drum and Rattle healing
This is a shamanic technique that uses the medicine drum and the rattles alongside other sounds to cause vibrations in your energy field that can either break up stagnant energy or build up energy in areas that are depleted. This is very good for releasing old emotional pain and releasing fears. It’s also good for those that feel they just need a shake up and to reinvigorate themselves.
This treatment lasts an hour and the fee is £60.
Wednesday walks
This is an opportunity for anyone in the local area to meet up on a relaxed basis to meet and walk with like minded people. We walk in one of the main parks in the area – Clumber, Rufford, Sherwood forest or Sherwood pines. We meet at 9.30am and walk between 1 and 2 hours depending on which park and which circuit. To join simply get in touch and I will put you in the WhatsApp group that gives details of where to meet.
Everyone welcome. Free except for parking charges.
Soul Retrieval healings
This technique focuses on recovering a lost soul fragment. Shamans believe that intense trauma or profound pain can cause a part of our soul to break away and become lost. Modern expressions such as ‘they were never the same after that’ or ‘I feel like I've lost a limb’ reflect this belief. Shamans assert that to fully thrive, we must retrieve all parts of our soul. This retrieval method aims to bring back the lost soul fragment, initiating your healing and growth journey.
The healing is an hour and the cost is £60.
Spiritual consultation and guidance
For those people that have got psychic abilities but don’t know what to do with them. Or to those drawn to spiritual practices, whether that be pagan, shamanic, reiki, mediumship, angelic, etc., but don’t know which path is right for them. This consultation is to help you find the right path for you. It’s a chance to talk openly about your experiences and thoughts in a confidential, safe, and understanding space. It’s an opportunity to consider your own spiritual path so that you can find your own tribe of people.
Consultations are 1 hour and the fee is £60.
Personalised Life Planner using the medicine wheel ethos
This a very personal and in-depth life coaching treatment plan. It is based on the concept of the medicine wheel. It looks at your north, which represents the earth and looks at your ability to rest and be grounded. It looks at your East which is air and represents your thoughts and your preparation skills, we look at the south, which is your motivation and passions, your inner fire. And we look at your West, the water which looks at your emotions and your ability to reflect.
Combining coaching and counselling techniques with spiritual guidance, we will have a 2-hour session to identify the sources of your stagnation using the medicine wheel ethos and to discuss your goals.
Part of this approach looks at what your leading element is, are you fire, water, air or earth driven? Each element has its particular strengths and challenges. Your personal plan works on these strengths and doesn’t ask you to be something you can’t be. One size doesn’t fit all.
From this meeting, Awakened Living will then create a personalized medicine wheel plan with clear, achievable steps for you to follow.
After the initial session, a second face to face meeting is planned to evaluate how it is going and make any adjustments if needed. Following this are a further two 30-minute telephone support sessions.
In total – 4 hours of meetings plus 2 hours of writing, assessing, and planning. The total cost is £400.
Ceremonies using the elements
You can choose between a fire, earth, air, or water ceremony.
You also choose whether you would like to do a ceremony to bring in, release, cleanse, or heal.
There is an initial consultation followed by the actual ceremony.
There are 3 stages to elemental ceremonies.
1) The consultation is between 30 – 60 mins.
2) The ceremony is then personally and individually planned to meet your unique needs. This will take the healer an hour as they connect with their guides and write out the instructions.
3) Then there is the actual ceremony which will last between 30 and 60 mins.
Total cost - £200 for a 1-to-1, £180 for 2 people, or £170 for 3 people or more. (please note that for group ceremonies, there will need to be an alignment of purpose).
Reiki
This can be a great introduction into the world of energy as it uses such a gentle, universal energy. Reiki can be used to aid all types of healing of the mind, body, or spirit.
Originally founded by Usui in Japan, this ancient healing technique is now practiced throughout the world. The treatment is relaxing and soothing.
Reiki works by rebalancing your aura/energy. In this renewed state of balance, healing and personal growth can occur.
Reiki treatments are 1 hour and the fee is £60.

Reiki 1 is a 2 day course that introduces you to what reiki is, the history, the concept of energy and how to give an effective reiki treatment. You will receive 4 attunements over the 2 days. These attunements connect you to the universal energy so that you maybe able to give this healing energy to others. At the end of the 2 days you will be able to give treatments to friends and family only, not the public.
This is a 2 day course and the fee is £320.
Reiki level 2 – practitioner level
This is a 1 day course that teaches you in more depth how to listen to the reiki energy and how to adjust your treatments in a more instinctive and deeper way. You will also receive 3 sacred symbols and be taught how to do distant healing and chakra balancing. You will receive 2 further attunements. At this level you can now treat the public if you wanted to.
This is a day course and is £160.
Reiki level 3 – master level
Here you are given the master symbol and one other, these unlock an even deeper connection with the reiki energy and enable you to release stagnant energy more quickly and effectively. The master level also teaches you how to teach others so that this ancient tradition can be passed onto everyone. You will receive another 2 attunements at this stage.
This is a day course and is £160.
